After completing the Collection Information Statement, and plugging in the numbers; it caculates the Offer amount.

Our beef with OIC calculators: GIGO -- garbage in, garbage out. PLANNING AND STRUCTURING ARE KEY. As well as thinking outside their allowances. Filling out a form the way IRS instructs is a $100 job.
